Our 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo includes over 1200 sq ft of living space in an easily accessible lower unit with central air, fireplace, a fully furnished kitchen and well-supplied bathrooms. The roomy master bedroom has a king-size bed and a full bathroom. The spacious second bedroom includes two full-size beds, a full bathroom, and a kitchenette. WIFI, TVs and washer/dryer included. Well-behaved dogs considered ($75 fee applies). Please inquire for more information.*** Staying on Charlevoix Country Club property, you are in walking distance to all that Charlevoix Golf and Fitness has to offer at a nominal fee. The CCC Golf Course offers golfers an opportunity to play a public course with beautifully manicured fairways. The Fitness and Pool facilities are just a few steps away and offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates. Fitness classes (yoga, spinning, cardio-strength) are offered daily throughout the week with a $10 day pass. Another place worth checking out on property for dinner or drinks is Shanahan’s Pub. While the roads throughout the property provide a nice walking path, there is even more. Cutting right across the front of the CCC property is the Little Traverse Wheelway. This 29 mile long paved path runs from Charlevoix to Harbor Springs and is great for bikers, joggers, hikers and skaters. Other things to note The condo also comes with a one car garage.
