Look forward to a holiday in nature in our newly built 2022 vacation home. The modernly furnished cottage is located in the car-free holiday park Lauterdörfle in the biosphere reserve Swabian Alb. The Lauterdörfle is an ideal place for a vacation with family or friends. All AlbCard savings benefits can be found at: albcard . de The sustainable, ecological house, in the typical Lauterdörfle style in log construction, was completed in June 2022. Plastics and unsustainable building materials were not used in the construction of the house. Regional construction companies and wood from southern Germany were used. The insulation of the exterior walls and roof is made of wood fibers, the windows and terrace are made of wood. The entire house has a 2 cm thick solid oak floor, the bathroom, toilet and the technical room is tiled. The solid wooden doors are 2.10 m high. The highlight is the wall heating with healthy heat and walls plastered with clay. The clay plaster offers you the following advantages during your vacation: • It regulates humidity Rooms surrounded by clay building materials usually have a constant humidity of 45 – 55%, which is often only subject to fluctuations of max. 5% on an annual average and is therefore in the optimal range from a medical point of view. • Fresh air feeling On the one hand, clay plaster is able to remove odors and pollutants from the air. On the other hand, clay plaster can ionize the air. The freshness effect comes from the negative charge of the air, i.e. it emits negatively charged ions and thus contributes to the freshness effect in the room. • Clay plaster is ideal – not only for allergy sufferers With our wall heating, the heat is transmitted almost exclusively by heat radiation.
