Amazing views of the water from every room in the house. ROOMS: 4 bedrooms, 4 comfortable queen size beds + 1 pull out sofa bed (double) in upstairs bedroom. House accommodates 10 - 12 people. UPSTAIRS: Shared luxurious stone tiled bathroom Reverse Cycle Aircon 3 Individual private bedrooms + Blackout curtains Pull out sofa bed (double) Master bedroom: Ensuite bathroom with beautiful large spa bath + 2 lavish shower heads for couples + HD TV with Foxtel. DOWNSTAIRS: Shared luxurious stone tiled bathroom Aircon Unit 2 queen beds in open plan format OTHER AREAS: 3 luxurious stone tiled bathrooms throughout the home, with lovely hot showers. Two open plan living areas, both with large extra comfortable sofas + Reverse Cycle aircon. Main living area has beautiful custom built 12 person dining table for those memorable dinners! Massive wrap around verandas/balconies on all three Levels. (Middle level has comfortable seating). The home is north west facing, so you will get a-lot of lovely sunlight, to protect you we have roll out awnings to provide a little bit of shade from bright sunlight during the day. Cook anything in our beautiful large Kitchen with a modern 4 pan electric cooktop + 6 burner Jumbuck BBQ (outside area, Gas provided). We have you covered with a large fridge + Space in the freezer. All kitchen, cooking and dining utensils provided. No Guys weekends, No Girls weekends! Guest access This rental property includes the whole house and surrounding areas including the Jetty and Pontoon...You will have the entire house to yourself. Access to the house is via inclinator and access between the house levels is via stairs. Other things to note Please ONLY go down the driveway if you have a 4WD, AWD or Powerful Vehicle, please drive with care. Parking is the first carport on the left undercover. You can also park against the rockface to the left of the main spot under the carport. Please park close to the rockface so you're not blocking the road from other residents. Please do not block the driveway or park in the neighbour's parking. Space for only 2 cars is available. Otherwise please park at the top along Cowan Drive in parking bays without 'No stopping' signs or back on Cottage Point road. Registration Details PID-STRA-4414
