The house is located very close to the Oliva marina, at the foot of the beach. From the plot you go directly to the dunes and the beach, which has fine sand and shallow waters. It is ideal for enjoying a well-deserved rest and the Mediterranean in all its fullness. The house is newly renovated and we have taken care of all the details to make it comfortable and functional. We have a large terrace and a space around the house, fenced and independent. The space Oliva is a town in the Valencian Community located between Gandía and Dénia, right on the border of the provinces of Valencia and Alicante. It has over 30,000 inhabitants and has a beach extension, with fine sand and shallow waters, of about 13km. Its abundant orange groves, the Pego-Oliva marsh, and the nearby mountains make up a special landscape with high ecological value. The area's cuisine, typically Mediterranean, with abundant dishes based on rice and local products, will delight our guests. Guest access The house is complete and you can access all areas of it. Other things to note We personally attend to any malfunction of the appliances or the facilities, personally notifying the assistance services, if necessary.
