It is an unbeatable location because this plaza is the powerhouse of the historical centre of the city. Just 150 metres away you will find Calle Larios, the main street, which is pedestrianised and where you will find many designer shops and symbolic sites such as the oldest ice-cream parlour in Málaga: Casa Mira. 250 metres from apartment Azucena is the Cathedral, locally known as La Manquita (one-armed), as it is missing one of its two towers. A few metres from here is the Alcazaba and, at its foothills, the Roman Theatre and the Málaga Museum. From the apartment, taking a calm and pleasant stroll, you can reach Muelle Uno, located at the end of the Port and at the beginning of La Malagueta Beach. Right in the centre of the city, opposite the sea, Muelle Uno is a commercial area housing a wide range of shops, restaurants and leisure areas, plus the Pompidou Museum of Málaga.
