The space The guest house has the flexibility in TWO bedrooms:- 1 queen bed 1 king OR can be made into 2 singles. A modern and comfy private guest house with concrete floors and clean lines.... Stone Bench tops in the Kitchen and Bathroom Studio is light bright and cosy, with soft rugs and furnishings for home from home feel.... The front deck is West Facing for you to enjoy a drink and just relax. Garden to the rear of the property gives you more space with an outside setting....we are close to the village but in such a private spot. Balnarring has everything for the foodie with gourmet food stores and excellent restaurants, everything for the explorer with Coolart wetlands trails and beach walks.....as for the wine experience too many to chose from !!!!! Guest access You have a private driveway and private garden....access is to the whole guest house, we only have one guest property so no sharing with other guests. Other things to note Winter Snuggles - the guest house is soooo snug in winter with the benefits of a new build double glazed, efficient heating system and a log fire (wood available outside daylight saving). Heated blankets on beds... you will be able to retreat in comfort when returning from wineries, walks, bike rides or what ever your thing is. Enjoy :).
