Welcome to the eRIDE home, located in an alley in the historic center of Monopoli in an ancient house undergoing recent renovation. Located in a quiet area in the "old town", in the heart of the most famous streets, shopping streets, waterfront, churches, harbor,beaches. The entire property is ideal to enjoy your holidays alone, with friends and family spending the warm days in the sun and enjoy a drink on the terrace with a panoramic view, bell towers and views of the sea. The space You can access the inside of the house in the kitchen living area with sofa bed, then we have a cozy double bedroom and a comfortable bathroom with a comfortable shower. In addition, you can immerse yourself in the traditions of our historic center overlooking our balcony. The apartment , recently renovated, has attention to detail , tiles and cement floors typical of the area and the time, the dominant color is celestial as the sea and sky. The apartments are equipped with linens, dishes and kitchen accessories, TV, large fridge, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, also an umbrella for the beach and beach towels ( upon request). On the third floor , near the terrace, our welcome guests will have a corner equipped with herbal teas, coffee maker and toaster for a small relaxation break and washing machine . The strong point of the structure is the beautiful terrace with panoramic views where you can admire the ancient bell towers , clock tower and sea views. We look forward to seeing you for your holidays. Guest access Access to the two residential units is shared by the entrance door which is accessed from Via Barbacana. The first floor apartment can be reached by a staircase of 17 steep steps, a staircase typical of the historic center of Monopoli. There is the possibility of parking on the municipal street freely, outside the ZTL, parking closest to Piazza Manzoni . To access the ZTL historic center, the gate is open for loading and unloading luggage from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. and from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Other things to note At the time of check-in for each guest (a photo for online check-in) a valid identity document will be required, in order to be able to transmit the data to the Police Headquarters (mandatory procedure in Italy for each accommodation activity). Rates do not include the tourist tax (€1 per night per person; free for children under 12 years old). The signature of a simple tourist lease contract will be requested and a copy of which will be given. If it's not paid, we'll proceed with the request through the Airbnb Solutions Center.
