Jericho VT - Green Mountain Getaway

Our Family retreat is located 30 minutes from Burlington & 15 minutes from Richmond and Hwy 89. Simpson's High Meadow is located at the end of an unpaved well maintained road with complete privacy. Swimming pond with dock, large lawn area and access to acres of forested property with hiking trails . We are roughly equal distance to many local ski areas and numerous other Vermont attractions. Prices listed are for 6 guests, each additional guest up to 14 is $25 per person/night. The space There is an outdoor cooking pavilion with outdoor sink and toilet (available during the summer months). This is adjacent to the swimming pond and connects to a gas heated one room post and beam cabin with sleeping loft (sleeps 4) available May thru September. Connected to this cabin by a covered walkway is a newer post and beam home with master bedroom, twin bedroom, sleeping loft with queen beds, fold out couch in basement, and a full bath (10 sleeping spots total). The main house is fully heated and insulated and can be kept toasty warm with cast iron gas stove. There are ample flat areas for camping if desired, along with room for volleyball, soccer, etc. Guest access This house is located on over 180 acres of private land near the Green Mountain Forest. Hike/snowshoe on the property or in nearby public forests. Other things to note If you would like to have guests, such as campers, beyond the maximum of 14, please contact the Property Manager with a request and we will propose pricing. For 10 people or more, the cleaning fee will be increased to $290. Thanks for your interest.
