Little Nautilus

Little Nautilus is a bright and tranquil gem hidden behind vines and olive trees, lying on one of the best spots between Boka Bay and the Adriatic Sea, where the most popular seaside towns are within easy reach. It is a perfect place for a small family or even two couples, providing various amenities. The space Every shell is unique and tells its own story. So does a Little Nautilus. A beach-style design with a tropical touch has been blended into the unique harmony of Little Nautilus's design. Attention to detail and original artwork contribute to the uniqueness of this little apartment. Guest access Guests will have the whole little apartment that consists of two separate little bedrooms with double beds, a hallway with a storage area, a dining room with a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet with a shower, and a desk workspace. Outside the apartment, guests will have access to the main (shared) terrace, another more private rooftop terrace dedicated just for the guests of the apartment with an outdoor sitting/dining area, a nice stone BBQ grill, a spacious shared garden, and their dedicated parking space. Other things to note Just to let you know, while we respect your privacy, it may be somewhat limited due to the proximity of two neighboring houses. Please note that the apartment is situated within a small family-owned estate. Just a few meters away is my parent’s home, a charming old house from 1906, and right next to it is the house where my family and I live. The garden and parts of the main terrace are shared spaces, and my kids may be playing there from time to time. If you have any questions or need anything, we’re always nearby and happy to assist. Also, please note that the apartment is very compact, with a total indoor space of just 36 square meters. There is no separate living room— instead, the dining room and kitchen serve as a combined living space. While the apartment can technically accommodate four adults, those who highly value privacy and extra space may find it a bit tight.
