Lovely Studio, fully renovated with nice views to the pools . Very bright and sunny (afternoon sun). 1ST FLOOR. Only short walking distance to the beach (10 min on foot) and close to La Paloma Park and the famous Bonanza Square, very popular for tourists. Arroyo de la miel center and commuter train is around 500 meters away (15 min on foot). La Marina are around 15 min on foot. The biggest pool is only open on summer. The space The studio has been fully refurbished with a Nordic style and vintage decoration. ★It has a luxury double-bed standard size (135x190cm) and visco-elastic pillows + 2 standard pillows for a guaranteed rest ★Possibility for a travel cot (aditional payment) ★The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, pots, pans, crockery, cutlery and other utensils. ★ Iron and ironing board. ★LED TV 55 "with Smart TV, with both Spanish and International channels: English TV incluided. ★ Bathroom / toilet with large 140 cm shower tray, with 50l electric thermos. Includes hair dryer. ★Terrace with wonderful overlooking pools views and side to the sea, with afternoon sun. It has a comfortable 2-seater sofa and table set and chairs. ★Air conditioning cold / heat without additional cost, with moderate consumption. ★High-speed fiber WiFi 300 mb, private and free during the stay. Guest access It is located in an the complex, "Júpiter", with well-kept common areas, large gardens and spectacular swimming pools with waterfalls and slides (they consist of 3 swimming pools, 2 of them open all year round, and the largest is open only summer months). The use of the sunbeds has a cost of 4EUR per day, to be paid inside the pool area. Nice reception area with waterfall fountain. Excellent location, only a few meters from the popular La Paloma Park, Bonanza and Ibensa Square, and only a short walk to the beach (500 m./ 10 min). The center of Arroyo de la miel is 500 m away. There is a parking area next to the building, without assigned spaces, so it is difficult to park in high season.. Other things to note Street and area under construction. LARGE POOL WITH SLIDES ONLY OPEN IN SUMMER. - Please do not make any noise in the corridors of the building. - No pets allowed. - The entrance to the studio of another people is not allowed. Both during the stay, and at check-out. - Don't cut anything on the kitchen countertop. You must use the cutting board if you cut bread or other food.
