lake front on11 acres with part fenced 4bedrooms (3full 2 half ) POOL dock pond TENNIS (tennis lights are not working)basketball pavilion Marina bars restaurants brew house -this is a nice family neighbourhood I am permitted through the county and as such there are some restrictions NO PARTIES or loud groups no loud music no street parking I have 2 huge circle drives no ambient noise after 10 Pm-- just a nice relaxing lake front property to enjoy and spend time with friends and family The space -each fabulous room has a creative name that certainly denotes the theme and decor of the room -we welcome well train dogs with a $75 pet cleaning fee for two additional dogs an additional $75 four is the max but you can ask I will approve when I hear details on animals -this is in addition to the house cleaning fee no cats- upstair the rainbow room has a spiral staircase -the rest of the house is ion the main level this is a peaceful ,beautiful ,serene & fun place to spend your holiday Guest access the house is yours privately -No Parties / ANYONE that is not on the reservation that will be at the house is a party - this is a nice family home a very quiet Neighborhood -it is a magical place and want to preserve it as such -please note the dock is only deep enough for a boat when the lake water high and that is regulated by the corp of engineers- high season not an issue -which is March /April to Sept/October we also winterize the pool with a cover during the winter starting in November -the dock is about a football field away and you take a path through the trees- its the way the lake was designed to coordinate the first Earth day so the lake is tree lined from the water side its so peaceful with lots of activities to keep everyone having fun-- tennis(tennis lights are not working)basketball toys games volleyball not to mention the pool and the lake & dock -you won't want to leave -the pool is covered during the winter email me to ask when -usually November-March Other things to note we have many frogs ,rabbits, deer and turtles -we are in the country there are lots of stinging biting buggy things please search on line to see -we are wheel chair accessible and a handicap bathroom the house is an open floor plan and mostly one level but do call to make sure the house fits your special needs we do close the pool during the winter Nov-March- THIS YEAR cicadas so very active snake season wear appropriate shoes and use caution 2021 spring is the hatching from May to Aug
