The lower deck features a huge outdoor hot tub. With winter views of the slopes, it's a perfect way to end a day of skiing and tubing! Our home is very warm and inviting, with comfortable furnishings offering a classic retro mid-century modern decor. We have had a great time traveling to estate sales for authentic and whimsical pieces that continue to delight our guests. But we have not forgotten modern conveniences...wireless internet, cable flat screen TV, dishwasher, washer/dryer, air conditioning, DVD player, iHome. The kitchen boasts anything a chef could need - offering both Keurig and drip coffee makers, toaster oven, blender, ice maker, microwave, crock pot, and Henckel knives. And we make it easy: house includes all the “under the kitchen sink” necessities so you do not have to pack all the boring stuff. So we keep stocked for our guests: dish soap, scrubbies/sponges, brillo pads, dishwasher detergent, dish towels, paper towels, napkins, trash bags, cleaning spray, coffee filters, tin foil, saran wrap, ziplocs, spices, cooking spray, salt/pepper, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. We provide linens/pillows for all beds. When you arrive you will find they are all made up for you, ready to go, unlike many rental homes in the resort. The community pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day weekends. We have will purchased a 'renters pool pass' which allows guest access without the homeowner present. Bring pass and entry fee - $6 per person/day (5yo and under free) with in and out privileges. It is a lovely pool with diving board, lounging space and well-stocked snack bar. The Ice Cream stand is also there. Ideally situated in the resort, at the top of the mointain and less than 5 minutes from on-site resort amenities: skiing, year-round tubing, zipline, ice skating, spa, indoor/outdoor waterpark (biggest on the East Coast!), hiking, golf courses, horseback riding, skateboard park, fishing, mini golf, bungee house, racecars, playgrounds, outdoor pool, summer concerts and festivals, etc. Please check the resort website for 2021 schedule.
