Bear View is located in the Timberwinds Resort which has large lots for each cabin. The cabins are well spaced apart for privacy. The resort also offers a seasonal swimming pool and pavilion. For your safety & security, there is a camera on the exterior of this cabin pointing down the exterior steps that you must access to get in to this cabin. There are no other cameras and nothing that would impede on your privacy. PETS We do not accept pets in any of our cabins without specific written approval from management. Only those dogs that have specific and formal training as a SERVICE dog will be allowed in our cabins. Emotional support animals are not accepted. THE LOCATION: Please be aware that this cabin is up a somewhat steep road and may be inaccessible in icy/snowy/inclement conditions. It may require a 4 wheel drive vehicle at other times of the year due to wet roads. If damage occurs to the cabin, furnishings, etc, please report it to management as soon as possible so that the damage can be repaired. You may opt out of paying the $20 damage waiver fee by putting down a $500 REFUNDABLE damage deposit.
