The space *****Starting in March of 2022 we will go from being a two bedroom house to a 3 bedrooms house with entire lodging having six beds and a pull out sofa now sleeping up to 12. We are adding a modern and beautiful kids bunk room that will sleep 6 so that parents will have their own spaces with the other two bedrooms. We look forward to having you as our guest!** 2 acres of your own property located directly on the Guadalupe River near everything that New Braunfels and Canyon Lake has to offer. Truly a great location for young and old. We are also on some of the best Rainbow Trout fishing. Walk out your back door and enjoy world class fishing without even having to pay for a guide. Guest access Once you book you will be sent all instructions to house and house code access. Other things to note The unique benefit of renting Whitewater Ranch Retreat is that you can float the Horseshoe float at Whitewater from your own backyard and then just walk right back to house when done. No need to shuttle people or pay expensive prices for tubes and transportation back and forth. You can also forget all the crazy traffic when going to see a concert at Whitewater Amphitheater. Just grab a cold beer and the walk is only about 12 minutes. No drinking and driving needed!!!! Staying at Whitewater Ranch Retreat is a whole lot cheaper than a DWI!!
