The backyard features a charming garden and a beautiful pergola with outdoor seating. This space is great for pictures and just coming to relax with some friends. Downtown is not far and South on Main is just down the street! The space Near the hustle and bustle of downtown, this home is nestled into a quiet, historic neighborhood. Located near ample green space, this home provides a comfortable, quiet place to unwind and relax or to get out and get active. With unbeatable natural light, this space is guaranteed to lift your mood during your visit. Two bedrooms have platform queen beds, one room has a small couch, and there is a large couch in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need for any meal! There is laundry in the house as well available for guest use! This home is lived in when the host is in town. All personal belongings are stored in specific areas of the home (out of the renter’s way). We don’t allow other pets, but our friendly exotic house cats, Penny and Patty, live here. They’re declawed, very sociable, and well cared for. The home is professionally cleaned multiple times a week, but if you have a severe cat allergy, we advise against staying. With an automatic feeder, water, and top-of-the-line self-cleaning litter box, there’s no need to worry about their care during your visit! We also take great pride in maintaining a fresh, clean home so guests can enjoy the space comfortably. We can't stress enough that we do not allow parties, events, or unregistered guests on the property.
