This unique three unit property located in Fort Lauderdale is just minutes away from Wilton Manors, the beach, popular Las Olas blvd, great shopping, nightlife, and about everything else you need for your holiday getaway or your work stay experience to be as relaxing and comfortable as possible. All units include free parking at the property (reserved just for guests), a large shared front and back yard, a privately fence patio/yard in the back of each unit, ultra-fast 1000 mbps internet speeds for work and play (perfect for zoom calls, gaming, and streaming), 4K TVs (4K Netflix included, other apps available for you to log in) and fully equipped kitchens with everything you need to cook a great meal (including a Keurig coffee maker). Keep in mind all units have been refurnished with brand new mattresses, beds, electronics, and more. This unit has a large living room together with a brand new 65'' 4K Smart TV, two comfortable sofas and beautiful decor. Alongside the living area you will find a tall dining table with a beautiful modern ceiling lamp and perpendicular to it, a full sized kitchen with stainless steel appliances (microwave, fridge/freezer, stove, oven, dishwasher) and a spacious and comfortable farm house sink. The kitchen leads you to the back door to access the very comfortable back private patio available for your use (perfect for morning coffee or a smoke). In between the dining and living area you will find the small hallway that leads to the bedroom and bathroom. In this hallway you will find a closet where the AC sits as well as a baby chair/gate, plunger, dust/pan set, and ironing board w/iron available for your use. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dyer and with a shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser for your convenience. The bedroom is located right next door and here you will find a brand new extremely comfortable queen sized bed, a full sized closet, a body mirror, a lounge chair with a laptop table and another brand new 55’’ 4K Smart TV. Safety is amongst our top priority. That is why we have armed the property with security cameras, motion sensor lights, and pin code locks. Keep in mind all units have been refurnished with brand new mattresses, beds, electronics, and more. The property is also entirely equipped with impact doors and windows so you can rest assured no storm will affect your stay or your sleep as these keep the sound and noise to a minimum. All our units are cleaned and sanitized after each check out to guarantee and clean and safe environment for all guests. We have personally decorated and renovated these units as they were our own home and we look forward to sharing our enthusiasm and passion for detail with our guests that decide to stay with us. IMPORTANT DISCLAIMERS - All beds have a fitted sheet and a comforter on top. Our beds do not include top sheets. Top sheets are available upon request only. - The water filter and ice maker of this unit do not work. Make sure to bring your own water and ice if needed. - AC thermostat is limited to a range of temperatures between 70 - 90 degrees Fahrenheit. Guest access The following areas are available for guests only: - Parking lot (1 car per unit). If you need more than one parking space, please let us know ahead of time so we can help you accommodate. You may park on any of the property parking spaces. Do not block other vehicles and do not park on the street or on other properties. - Shared front and backyard. - Entire unit as per booking including the private yard/patio attached. Guests may not access: - Back storage room (exclusive to staff members). - Other units in the property other than the unit they have booked, including their private yards/patios. - Neighbors' properties or any other private property other than the booked unit. Other things to note Before booking please keep in mind the following: - The small storage room in the backyard is off limits as it is used for storage and staff use only. - The host reserves the right to schedule repairs for the outdoor of the property during your stay. If so, the host will inform you and give you a notice. Any interior repairs shall only be schedule with the guest's permission. - Landscapers access the front and backyards without previous notice on their own schedule weekly to perform maintenance work. The day and time of the week varies. Disclaimer You may encounter bugs or lizards during your stay. Even with regular pest control maintenance, theses are common in Florida due to our climate and plants. Early check-in / Late check-out If you are in need of this service, we please ask that you contact us ahead of time so we can try to arrange this for you. This service is $20 per hour for a maximum of 2 hours, when available. Subject to availability. Bag / Luggage drop off In case we cannot accommodate your early check-in and/or late check-out, we do allow you to safely store your bags and belongings in a safely secured room in the property. Please contact us for details about this free service. Lost and Found Any item of any kind that is found by our cleaning staff after your check-out is automatically taken to our safely secured lost and found bin. We will do our best to communicate with the guest to let them know about their forgotten items and will arrange to have the items ready to be picked up. If items are not picked up within a week after they were found, these will be donated or disposed of and we will not be liable for reimbursing their value to their owners. If you have already checked out and have left something behind, please contact us so we may help you recuperate your belongings.
