Enjoy the central coast in the heart of the San Luis Obispo's wine and wedding region. Our guest house has all the amenities to make your stay relaxing and stress free. We are located outside the city limits where the stars and moon light your evening sky. When you step out the front door, you are a few steps away form Sextant Wineries tasting room and only 5 miles from downtown San Luis Obispo or downtown Pismo Beach. None smoking home. (Message to request longer stays) The space This guest home is located at the back of our property. It has its own access road, parking area and entry. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils for all your meal prep and you will find some basic staples to get you started on your stay. You will find a Keurig coffeemaker in the kitchen and farm fresh eggs in the fridge. This home has its own fenced yard and is located next to our barn. The house is a quick easy walk to a fabulous winery tasting room with outdoor seating and food sampling. Several large wedding venues including GreenGate are located across the road. Often you will hear the hawks and owls calling and the coyotes howling in the distance. Please note there are no street lights in our area and the parking spaces are not paved. When sending an inquiry/reservation request, please include the relation of the adults in the group, and the ages of any children/infants and number of guests that will be staying. Guest access Our guest house is located on the back end of our property. It’s original purpose was in-law quarters. You will access the the rental down a side road. Parking is either on the dirt road at entrance, walk through gate or inside the drive through gate of our work yard. Neither parking area is paved. The front yard is your private space to enjoy. We ask that you not allow kids to wonder the the work yard without adult supervision. Other things to note Check in is any time after 3pm. Just let us know what time you plan on arriving. We can always leave an interior light on for late arrivals. Check out is at 10 am. If you are looking to explore, you are a short drive to San Luis Obispo, Pismo Beach, Avila Beach, Cayucos, Cambria, Templeton and Paso Robles. Cal Poly, Cuesta College, beaches, wine tasting, beer sampling, antique shops and more are all within a 2 to 40 minute drive. San Luis Obispo Airport is only 3 miles away. A car is required in our area due to a lack of public transportation.
