The Rhododendron with its rooftop oasis is a 3 story townhome located within walking distance to many of Chattanooga's famous local eateries. This beautiful townhome has all the comforts you expect of a hotel but with the privacy of your own place. The 3rd floor patio deck is perfect for enjoying a hot cup of coffee or tea from Velo Coffee located directly across the street. This property is located in the Historic Southside district and is perfect for singles, couples and business travelers. The space The Rhododendron features a modern feel with a clean environment. The 3rd floor has two twin beds perfectly positioned for relaxing with a cup of tea or a nap with a view through the large sliding glass door for those cozy days when you just want to get away. The property comes fully stocked and ready for your visit. Only one parking space is allowed per unit in this development and it can be a little tight. If available, you can also park on the street across from the unit. Other things to note We at PMI Scenic City take pride in our rentals and keep them clean for your benefit and our owners. We require that every stay have at least one clean every 20 days at a minimum. Guests are responsible for the cost of the cleaning. There is potential for noise at this unit as there is a fire station just a few blocks away and there is a train that is one block away that passes by sometimes. We have provided earplugs for your convenience located in the wicker canister next to the tv in the bedroom. PMI Scenic City requires a rental agreement for all of our properties. Must be 21 or older to rent this property.
