This log cabin is located on a picturesque 127 acres, filled with hiking trails, beautiful rolling horse pastures, and an expansive lake perfect for canoeing, kayaking and fishing! Snuggle up in the plush bed upstairs, take a warm bubble bath (no shower) and cozy up by the wood fireplace. The large screen smart-TV is perfect for an evening filled with Netflix. Please feel free to enjoy the property, our home is your home, dogs on leash are welcome! The space The cabin was built in 1812 and is a step back in time. It has been modernized to include heat and air conditioning and running water. There is a claw foot tub upstairs in the bathroom. There is no shower. The stairs are authentic to 1812 and are uneven and steep. Some adults, small children and pets may find the stairs a challenge. Other things to note There is a $25 pet fee for a one night stay, $50 pet fee for a 2 night stay, and a $75 pet fee for a stay that is 3 nights or longer. The stairs to the upstairs bedroom and bathroom are steep and may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues, including older or smaller pets.
