We live in a brand new housing development. The house was built in August of 2020. The area is super safe. There are lots of places to walk and ride around. There is a park and a basketball court right across the street from our house. We are about 30 minutes from beautiful Lake Tahoe and the biggest little city in the world (Reno). We are within walking distance from Walmart, Trader Joes, In&out, Dollar store, Famous Footware, and many more. I grew up here. I know all the best spots. The space is amazing. We have a nice comfy queen bed. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also provide towels. We have Disney+, Hulu, ESPN+, and Youtube TV. Our backyard is finished with a deck and outdoor furniture. The house is a shared space with other guests. However, I have locks and keys for all the rooms. Message me if you want all 3 rooms. Please message me if you have any questions. I am willing to give a $10 discount for each night up 5 nights to any military, first responder, teacher, or nurse. Proof needed. If the room rate is $35, please don't ask for a discount the room is already discounted. Guest have full access to the kitchen and the dining room. Fresh fruit, cereal, eggs, milk, bread, and some type of danish are available to all guest when booking. Also lots of snacks. We also have available kayaks for your enjoyment. You have to have the right vehicle to get it back and forth. We also have his and her bikes to ride around. Also relax and enjoy yourself in our massage chair. You can either park in the middle of the driveway just please make sure you leave room for 2 other cars. One on each side of you. Or you can park on the street in front of our house. Either one works. There is a city bus to get around town. Most people have there own vehicles. The town does offer Uber or Lift. We do have an extra vehicle available for rental. We will beat any rental car prices. Just text me and we can talk about price. You have full access to the washer and dryer and the laundry soap. Also the iron is stored in the laundry room. When you use a dish please just leave it in the sink do not put it in the dishwasher. That way we can make sure that it gets properly clean. If you need anything please let me know.
