Great 2 bedroom 1 bath home newly renovated. Located on the West side, you have the easy access to the city bike path, M hill, the Black Hills National Forrest and the lakes for fun and adventure! The space Room 1: This is the master bedroom with full closet and a queen bed. Large window has blackout curtains and the other window has a blackout shade. Room 2: This is a slightly smaller room with closet and queen bed. Both windows have blackout shades. – Extra sets of sheets, blanket and pillows are provided. Bathroom: full bathroom with tub and shower combination. Towels and toilet paper and soap are provided but no shampoo or conditioner. Kitchen: This beautiful kitchen has all the essentials including bar top seating- – Plenty of Pots/Pans/Platters for large meals. – Serving utensils. – Grilling tongs – Full set of Steak knives and chef knives. – Washer and dryer with detergent – coffee maker and filters as well as a toaster. – 1 oven, 1 dishwasher. FYI - You will need to bring condiments and seasonings and coffee as those are not provided. Living room and Dining room – Large 65” flat screen tv with WiFi hooked up. – Full couch and love seat. – Large dining table that seats 6. Also great deck on the front. Own parking spot right out front, large enough to unload comfortably. Guest access Whole first floor and yard. The front door is where you will enter, there is a key pad that unlocks the house with a personalized code that will be sent to you the day before your stay. Other things to note The basement may be occupied by other Airbnb Guests.
