The home is located just blocks from our downtown square and less than a mile from SAGU. Enjoy the beauty of our Gingerbread City on walks down Main Street or right from the side patio while having coffee. This home has been fully updated featuring both Vintage and Modern decor. The 1960’s Ranch has 3 bedrooms which includes a luxurious master suite with a king size bed, private bathroom and sitting area. The second bedroom has a full size bed and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. You will enjoy the fully updated kitchen which is also stocked with essential cooking utensils and dishes. The attached dining area has a large dining table with 6 chairs for seating. Relax in the large comfy living room or enjoy the side patio. There is also a dedicated workspace in the living area and WiFi. The home has been decorated with an eclectic mix of antique and modern furnishings The minute you walk in you will feel at home. You have complete private access to the entire house and side patio. The backyard which is over an acre is shared with us as we live next door. The only area not available for access is the garage that we use for storage. I will be available if needed/wanted but try to give my guests as much privacy as they would like. We are located walking distance from our beautiful downtown square which you will find coffee shops, restaurants and unique shops and boutiques that include antiques,clothing, gifts and much more. If taking your car to the downtown area there is street parking available and also a public parking garage. A 7% local Hotel and Occupancy tax will be added to each listing for the City Of Waxahachie. Currently this will be sent to you through the Resolution Center after booking. There is a train track that runs behind our property, and we are close to the train crossing. If you are sensitive to this type of noise, I can provide you with ear plugs to use at night. The train does not bother me at night, and I live next door, but everyone is different.
