The space The apartment, located on the fourth floor with an elevator, was completely renovated in June 2019 and  is located in the center of Los Cristianos, 150 meters from the sea and 200 meters from the main square (with the church). The apartment is located in the Achacay building... which has a beautiful and renovated swimming pool. At the reception you can rent sun loungers (€1 per day). With a 2-minute walk, you are in the center with all its shops of all kinds: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, small grocery stores with fresh fruit and vegetables, pharmacies, banks, post office, bus stop and taxis, etc., etc., and everything that the center of a small town can have available. The sea and the beautiful beach of Los Cristianos are only 250 meters away. The apartment consists of 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a shower (en-suite), a fully equipped and brand-new kitchen with a washing machine, a refrigerator, an electric oven and a microwave, a kettle, pots, dishes, glasses, and everything you need to cook and eat during your stay. Free and unlimited fiber Wi-Fi!! The living room, with a sea view, is equipped with a beautiful and brand new sofa with a large LED TV (50") and with many foreign channels (English, French, German, Russian, etc.). The terrace has a spectacular view of the sea and the port and is equipped with a table with chairs and a sunshade. Enjoying a nice glass of fresh wine or a beer at sunset is truly an unparalleled spectacle!!! The apartment is equipped with an iron and ironing board, hairdryer, safe, washing machine and LED TV (50") with Spanish channels and some foreign channels. In addition, the apartment is equipped with sheets and towels necessary for the stay. The beautiful beach... and the calm, swimmable sea of Los Cristianos... are just a short walk from the apartment...! The building also has two tennis courts (for a fee) The condominium parking lot (for about 50 cars) is free and available free of charge, but there are no assigned spaces. However, there are countless free parking spaces on the street. Guest access All my guests can use the beautiful, comfortable and renovated swimming pool for free. A 2-minute walk from the building is the center of Los Cristianos with all its beautiful shops, the port, the beautiful promenade along the sea, and an endless amount of restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors ready to satisfy any desire for sweet or savory. Other things to note Please do not sit with wet swimsuits on the sofa and beds as they may stain. Any damages will be charged .
