Estate is at the highest elevation in the community which provides for glorious views of the lake and golf course from the five patios and most windows. Parties and events, up to 50 people, are allowed with an additional $1000 event fee. Guest access An 18 hole award winning golf course. Fitness center, tennis courts, two swimming pools, two marinas, spa, pro shop, two restaurants, and a lounge. Other things to note After your booking is confirmed, you will be emailed a contract with house rules that apply. To confirm your reservation, you must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract. A copy of your driver's license will also be required.
