After a full day of bike fest activities it was wonderful to get to the a-frame with such quiet and peaceful surroundings. Favorite part of the stay was drinking coffee sitting on the porch watching the squirrels and even had a few deer come up!" ***TO NOTE*** No Pets - We love animals but do not have the ability to maintain the property for them at this time. This is a studio - only a divider separating beds on upper level. It has a small water tank so hot water supply may take time to regenerate in between showers. No full oven, just a two-burner plug-in stovetop, air fryer, and propane grill. The property does not have lake access (can get to lake access in less than 5 minutes). Approx. 15 mins from the city of Osage Beach. There is the occasional bug since it is a lake house :) but we have sealed and sprayed the house and yard, and do our best to keep them out. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire place. Keypad entry makes it easy to come and go, no key required! Other things to note **NO PETS** If there are signs of a pet being on the premises (hair, yard matter, etc) it will forfeit your damage deposit. We love pets! However, we are not equipped to clean up after them at this time (maybe in the future) and need to respect our other guests who have allergies, etc.
