Our Little Farmhouse (1-2 Guests)

Welcome to our Little Farmhouse! Please Note: This is listing is for 1-2 Guests only. We do have a separately listing for 3-4 guests. Please check out my host page for the separate listing. Our charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area. The space Our cozy living space features a spacious sectional sofa, and a 60” Smart TV. The perfect setting for a comfy night in! The galley style kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you may need, including: coffee, tea and refreshments. From the kitchen you can see out to your private back patio space! To the right of the living space, are the two bedrooms and a full bath. Each bedroom features a queen size bed, with cotton sheets and duvet, with plush robes for your comfort. One bedroom features a 55” Smart TV while the other features a small writing desk. Guest access Our guests may enjoy access to the full layout of the home; including the living space, kitchen, bedrooms and bath, the front porch and backyard space. Other things to note Important to note this property is shared with another listing and the host lives on site. The left part of the home, previously the garage is 'Evie’s Studio', (it has 9 ft separation used as host’s storage) which is a separate Airbnb listing. Both listings have private, separate entries and outdoor spaces. The driveway is split into two parking spaces, one designated spot for each listing. The host lives in a separate, private, fenced location at the back of the property. Quiet times are set at 10PM for weekends and 9PM for weeknights, on both listings. Security cameras are placed at the front door and exterior parts of property.
