The space There are 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths.Linens and towels are provided upon request.Full (URL HIDDEN) in the garage.2 double size parking spaces.Nearby boardwalk, state parks, 4 wheel drive area, restaurants,Wilmington, Wrightsville Beach, Kure Beach and the ferry.Across the street watch the sunrise over the ocean, then watch the sunset on both of our decks!Pelicans and dolphins are everywhere!!! Guest access Our Casa is your Casa. The entire townhouse minus an owners cage and closet are yours. There is a seasonal outdoor pool to the complex. Bring your bikes; bring your kayaks and launch them from your backyard.You may charter a fishing boat or take surfing lessons. Do as much or as little as you want! Other things to note No smoking, no pets. Remember, this is a residence, not a hotel..There are homeowners next door NOT on vacation so please consider others. You are welcome in our home. You should have what you need to start. (tp, linens, sheets, etc). Anything damaged or missing (other than expirables) will need to be replaced before the next guests arrive. Please let us know BEFORE we find it. King tides and full moons may result in short time roadway flooding 4 or 5 times a year. The locals consider this part of Carolina Beach charm. With water behind us and the ocean across from us, there are beautiful birds all around, bring your binoculars! This property is not handicap accessible. Entrance to the front door includes stairs and the bedrooms are located on the second floor. Bring your boat with proof of insurance. The beach is gorgeous any time of the year.Give us a call!
