Chalupa Bozanov is part of a typical Czech farmhouse, which has been completely renovated, with an area of 135 m2 and suitable for rent for 2 to 8 people. It is located in the picturesque village of Bozanov, in the middle of the protected nature reserve Broumovske Steny with its unique rock formations. This area will win the hearts of its peace and unspoiled nature and is an ideal base for leisure and sports activities in summer and winter. The space In the farm a combination of luxury and comfort has been found, while maintaining the traditional style and atmosphere. Everywhere, as much as possible, the original elements have been preserved, which creates a unique atmosphere throughout the house. The farmhouse has a spacious living room with a L-shaped open kitchen equipped with every comfort. In the kitchen there is a cozy dining area. The living room is attractively furnished with a sitting area and has satellite TV and DVD and radio / CD. In the former stable of the farm there is a spacious hall, a toilet and 2 bedrooms. Furthermore, on the first floor there is a 3rd spacious bedroom with 1 double bed, a separate 2nd toilet, a spacious luxury bathroom with bath, 2 washbasins and separate shower. From the approx. 2000m2 garden you have breathtaking views of the mountainous landscape and meadows and a good chance of seeing grazing deer. Guest access Free Wi-Fi is available in the whole house. There is a children's chair and cot. The holiday home is located on a small-scale campsite. The guests of this holiday home can of course use (only in the summer months) the heated swimming pool on site, the playground, a recreation room with pool billiards, table tennis and table football, the multifunctional sports field and trampoline. From the farm, countless activities can be taken, and there are possibilities to book active summer and winter excursions for young and old, such as horse riding, mountain climbing, canoeing, organized walks, excursion brewery and winter skiing and cross country skiing. Other things to note The price is included with the exception of the tourist tax of 25 Kc (approx. € 1,10) per person per night. The city tax must be paid on site upon arrival. Electricity is also included in the price for normal consumption. From 1 st. of May until 1 st. of October, there is an electricity consumption of up to 15 Kwh per day included and for the remaining dates up to 50 Kwh per day. This is sufficient in normal consumption. IIn case of exceeding, we will charge the extra electricity consumed at the current price. Optional: A towel package and a kitchen linen package are not included in the reservation. It is possible to order this: Towel package: € 3,50 per package (2 towels). Kitchen linen package: € 3,50 per package (1 kitchen towel, 1 tea towel, 1 dishcloth, 1 sponge).
