Welcome to Bubble 8, located in the heart of Epernay, the capital of Champagne, just a stone's throw from the famous Avenue de Champagne. Bubble 8 offers you a luxury studio apartment, recently completely renovated, in a 19th century residence. Meticulously decorated, with a natural chic feel and all modern comforts. The space Bubble 8 is an exceptional house in the heart of Epernay, built in 1889, the year of the Paris Universal Exhibition. The history of our house is unique: for decades it housed the Chamber of Notaries of the Marne department, hence the majestic entrance, the high ceilings and the remarkable architectural façade. The house was completely renovated in 2017 and transformed to make it an ‘address apart’ in Epernay accommodation; whether on a business trip or a Champagne getaway, Bubble 8 invites you to enjoy a unique experience. Resolutely contemporary for the retro design studio, with a spirit of nature for the Green Nature studio, but also deliciously classic for the 1st floor flat Vertigo, with a Loft spirit for the top floor Loft Maia, we wanted this place, with its very different decor depending on the flat, to provide an intimate and delicate atmosphere for travellers from all over the world. Nature inspired us when we recently renovated this studio. Our love for the forests surrounding Epernay led us to create this green haven, and we even chose cork as a decorative element around the bed. The parquet flooring adds character and authenticity to the whole space. The natural and soothing atmosphere of the place invites you to relax and unwind, for a stay dedicated to comfort and well-being. The layout has been carefully designed to include amenities worthy of a very large flat! The fully equipped kitchen (traditional oven, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic hob, refrigerator, coffee makers, kettle, toaster) opens onto an elegant lounge area, where two contemporary armchairs and a stylish coffee table invite you to relax in a cosy atmosphere. We have also paid particular attention to the bedding, with a 160/200 queen-size bed and a high-quality 25 cm Dunlopillo mattress. Our visitors also appreciate the bathroom with its large walk-in shower and separate toilet. Catering service, chauffeur, organisation of visits to wine producers, champagne houses... available upon reservation and as an option. Organisation of tasting evenings in the Jim wine cellar. Guest access Parking available near Bubble 8 (free after 7pm until 9am the next day, free on Sundays and public holidays) or in a secure underground car park (paying) in the Parking du Jard entrance rue Eugene Mercier. Free Raoul Chandon car park near the swimming pool, 15 min walk. Other things to note Access to the Bubble 8 laundry room on the ground floor, with front-loading washing machine and tumble dryer. Cellar in the basement equipped for guests, for champagne tasting evenings organised on request. On request and subject to availability, transfers by van/organisation of half-day or full-day visits to winegrowers/champagne houses around Epernay.
