The upper floor has one master bedroom with a queen-size, a walk-in closet, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single standalone bed while the third bedroom- also located on that floor offers a double bed. The second bathroom is in the hallway. Additionally, 2 foldable camp beds can be placed in bedrooms 1 and 3 if needed. On the lower floor, there is a spacious living area along with a working desk, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining area. The garden, filled with flowers, boasts a BBQ area and countless treasures of nature. For example, Acladies beach is located 1 km away from Achadies beach and 15 min drive from the airport. Lastly, even though the house is located only 1klm away from the beach and right off Skiathos Main Road, access to the property is only accessible via a slightly uphill road, and therefore renting a car is strongly recommended.
