There are multiple parks nearby, and our home is also near the freeway entrances to the 280 freeway(0.5 mile) to go up north to San Francisco, or south to the South Bay. But you won't hear the traffic nor the BART in the house/on the immediate street. You can also easily access public transit with BART, which is up the street on John Daly Blvd (0.8 mile/15 min walk). Parks and public transit with BART subway are also within walking distance. Self-check-in. You can arrive at any time after the standard check-in time. Our guest can park their car on our driveway on a first-come-first-serve basis. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing your car. For long-term guests, the owner would like guests to coordinate directly with her so she can assign a designated parking spot. Parking fees will be waived when there may be inconvenience, such as the need to adjust or reassign parking during the stay, particularly for longer reservations, to ensure a smoother guest experience. All parking arrangements should be confirmed directly with the owner per reservation. Free street parking is available in our neighborhood and the best place to park is alongside the apartments on Forest Grove Drive. Be sure to curb your wheels even if you are not parked on a hill. Please always read and follow the street parking signs for any updated parking information, especially for the street cleaning schedule which is every Monday. Other things to note Note: We provide a starter supply of toilet paper. Guests may need to purchase more for longer stays. Since there are spaces shared with other guests, we ask our guests to help maintain the cleanliness and clean after themselves and dispose of the garbage properly, leaving no garbage on the floor. We will require our guests to pay for any lost keys. A set of lost keys will cost $25/set. Early check-in/Late check-out request: Standard check-in is at 2 PM and check-out is at 11 AM. Early check-in / late check-out request is possible with a fee. Please send the early check-in request within 48 hours before your check-in time. Additional note: The initial rate includes accommodation for up to 1 guest, and for each additional guest, there is an extra fee of $15 per night per guest, which covers essentials and utilities. The maximum number of guests the listing can accommodate is 2. Please specify the number of guests accurately when making your reservation to match the actual number of individuals in your group. Any guests or visitors not reported in the reservation without authorization will incur a charge of $50 per guest per night. Our property does not allow pets or animals due to severe allergies.
