The space This condo is nicely decorated with a great view of the Harbor as you sit in your living space, or on your private balcony. Granite Counter tops in the kitchen, nice Florida white cabinetry in the kitchen... soft blue walls that just gives you a great feeling of coziness, serenity and comfort! Guest access The Entire Condo space is yours to enjoy! There is approximately 700 square feet of living space! Other things to note Parking is free and ample.. you can park on the west side or east side of the building. I typically suggest to park on the front side closest to the elevators. There are no assigned parking spaces. Florida has a wonderful rule.. no tourist tax charged on bookings over 6 month/1 day! Taxes apply otherwise. Pet Rule: Strict, only one pet... 27 lb limit. Updated Shots required.. please provide details about your pet when requesting. Pet Fee: 50.00 short term. $100.00 for bookings at 1 month and longer. Snowbird Season (January-March)... booking accepted only in full month increments. Not accepted: January 15 to February 15. Must be full month booking, by the entire month. Accepted bookings .. Example January 1-31. February 1-28, March 1-31... minimum of full month, welcome to book all three Snowbird Season months, plus!
