Two level, clean twinhome that will remind you of the "Happiest Place on Earth." The home is located a mile away from shopping, restaurants, and highway access. The commute to Mayo Clinic is a quick and easy 10-12 minutes (4-5 miles). The house is stocked with everything you need to feel right at home including a full kitchen, beds with extra pillows and blankets, Roku TVs for your streaming services, high speed WiFi, and entertainment options for all. Book your stay today! The space This house is a twinhome with shared walls on the west side of the home. There are no shared spaces in the home. The deck and yard are also separate from the neighbor. You'll find the neighborhood to be quiet and friendly- a great escape from busy downtown! The long driveway is shared, with one side of it belonging to this home. You can easily park up to 3 cars (depending on size) on the right side of the driveway. There is also plenty of free street parking. There is no garage access. The Roku TVs do not have cable TV, but you can log into your streaming services (Netflix, Amazon Prime, Hulu, Disney +, etc.) or watch a movie using the Blu Ray player. Self check-in is done via keypad and smart lock. No keys will be issued. Information on check-in will be sent after reservation confirmation. During the spring-fall months, enjoy the deck in the backyard complete with table, chairs, and a gas grill. In the winter, bring your snowpants, boots, and gloves, and build a snowman! The Nest thermostat is locked with the following the parameters: You can adjust the heat in the house to be between 60F and 72F. You can adjust the air conditioning in the house to be between 68F and 80F. Air conditioning is not available if it is less than 60 degrees F outside. Electric Vehicle service outlet is available.
