Our renovated home is situated on 4 acres of private property, just two hours north of NYC. The house is a short drive from Woodstock, the Catskills and Shawangunk mountains. It's perfect for any weekend get away or vacation with family and friends. The days are perfect for sightseeing while the nights are cool enough to enjoy our hot tub after a day spent hiking in the Catskills. My Pool is now closed for the season. Terrific Wifi with speed up to 300 Mbps. Pets are allowed. Its open floor plan and design allows for multiple guest to enjoy large dinners and entertaining. With multiple bedrooms and large beds, everyone will enjoy a comfortable nights' sleep. Our space is kid friendly with a fenced in backyard/pool area, tree house and finished basement with a pool table & dart board. There are numerous places to sit and relax such as the sunken living room with large TV, formal living room with a large sofa, cozy fireplace and 2 large reading chairs and ottomans. Our kitchen island seats 3 comfortably with a large round kitchen table that seats 8 conveniently beside it. The formal dining room seats 8, in addition to the dining room table in the screened in porch which also seats 8. Our outdoor Hot tub is perfect for cool nights. Plus, 3.5 baths makes getting ready for multiple family members super easy! The house also has three fireplaces, one per living room plus an additional fireplace in the master bedroom. We have also added a large firepit and commercial patio heater so everyone can enjoy our large backyard comfortably during cool nights. Check out our post @thebeaverinn for more photos! Tag your personal pics at our home and receive 10% off your second stay We recently installed outdoor cameras pointed directly at our three entrances (front & side) for our home. *I only allow a maximum of 10 people at my home at all times. Renters are not permitted to invite guests above what is registered on the reservation even for a short visit. Guest have access to the entire home which includes full kitchen, utilities, dish ware, pots/pans/flatware. Bathrooms are completely functioning with soap, shampoo/conditioner and linens. Bedrooms also have linens provided. There is also a mud room which has washer/dryer units for guest use if needed. We are a phone call, text, or email away or a short ride away in case of emergency. Our town is quaint and quiet. We are a short ride away from local amenities like wineries, hiking in the Shawangunks, skiing in the Catskills and relaxing in Woodstock.
