Guests must sign an acknowledgment prior to arrival. Updated 2/8/25. The space WELCOME HOME! Be greeted by this luxurious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on the North side of Clearwater Beach. The bright and airy living area is perfect for kicking off your shoes after a long day at the beach or poolside -Approx 1186 sq ft., it comfortably sleeps 4 to 6 people. This condo is an excellent floor plan with the master suite on one side and the guest bedroom and bath on the other. The master suite has a king-size bed and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. The guest room has two double-size beds. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals for your family and friends, including a dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all necessary cookware and serving pieces. Or take advantage of the many restaurants within walking distance of our condo. After a long day of fun in the sun, relax on your private balcony with a glass of wine or cup of coffee and enjoy the magnificent views of The Gulf of Mexico. This condo is northernly located on Clearwater Beach within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, and activities. Pier 60 is just a short walk away, where you can enjoy the nightly sunset celebrations, entertainment, craft vendors, and more. All reservations for this property must begin on the first day and end on the last day of the same calendar month. This home is strictly available as a monthly rental, based on the calendar month only. Partial months, split dates, or mid-month bookings are not permitted under any circumstances. Guests must select either the full month of their intended stay (for example, December 1–31 or January 1–31). Any reservation made outside of this policy will not be honored and will be subject to cancellation, unless approved.
