Apple Valley Lakeview cabin! With it's massive beams, beautiful granite countertops, and wrap around porch, this beautiful cabin will have you enjoying your stay from sun-up to sundown! Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this convenient location is a short walk to the local pub, a beautiful 18 hole challenging public golf course in the community, 45 minutes to Amish Country, 5 mi. Kenyon College & Mt. Vernon, and 25 minutes to Mohican State Park. No lake privileges. No parties allowed. Calm and peaceful mornings aren't just a dream~it's a reality here! Inside there are several cozy spots for a nap or reading area. Ambiance abounds in this cabin and you will find yourself immersed in the finely appointed decor and comfort of its interior. Outdoors there is a covered patio next to garage for grilling out, a patio with chairs and a fire pit. Enjoy your coffee with a view of the lake on the covered porch and listen to the sounds of nature. Watch the deer and listen to the birds sing! You will have our own code for entry, and self check-in. On a rare occasion, I may stop-in/stay in the area above the detached garage. We will be on call if you have any questions. You will have the entire house to yourself. This quiet neighborhood is a lakeside community and it's a lovely place to stroll the streets and look at the sunrise on the water. NO PARTIES is a house rule as there are neighbors nearby. "The Pub" is an easy walk for food and live music! The Apple Valley Golf Course is a gorgeous 18 hole public course and a 3 mile drive away. Bring your clubs~you won't be disappointed! If you are looking to book in the summer, please know that this is a private lake. Unfortunately, without being here to visit family or friends who are Apple Valley residents, you have NO PRIVILEGES TO THE LAKE FOR SWIMMING AT THE BEACHES OR BOATING. Mohican State Park and Mohican canoe livery are just a few of the outdoor adventures available within a 25 minute drive. Mt. Vernon is only a 10 minute drive for a variety of things to do: dining, candle-making, Saturday farmer's market, breweries, or strolling the various shops around the town square. You will be provided towels, toiletries, and all the comforts of home! In case you've forgotten something, I've got you covered with all the incidentals you'll need. I also have a pack n play onsite. You just need to let me know if you'll be needing one ahead of time.
