This genuine piece of Northern Neck heritage is sure to keep folks visiting this area for years to come. The space The Fish House apartment offers all of your marina needs. Bringing a boat? We have a ramp to launch your boat as well as a boat slip with dock-age (3 feet depth) on premises for an additional fee. We also offer plenty of space for your boat trailer to be parked on site. (contact your host, Michelle for more details!) The apartment is an upstairs space. You will need to be able to walk and carry your belongings up a flight of stairs. A kind reminder that this is a working marina. There are always people coming and going who keep boats docked in the slips on the property. Please do not enter the downstairs property (Garage Doors). This is private property and is not permitted to Airbnb guests. Please do not park or block the boat ramp at any time! Please park in the designated Airbnb Parking Spot. Guest access The entire upstairs apartment is accessible to guests. There is also a back porch balcony overlooking the cove that guests may also enjoy. Please do not enter the downstairs space. This area is NOT permitted to Airbnb guests. Other things to note There are a lot of folks coming and going from this property as it is a working business.
