For corporate long-term rentals, please message me. The space The Living Room is very spacious and is equipped with Cable 50" Roku Smart TV. The Dinette area has a beautiful glass table equipped with a 32" Roku Smart TV. The kitchen large enough to cook any meal you desire. All the Bedrooms are located upstairs about 14 flights. The Master Bedroom has a very comfortable raised Queen bed with at 50" Roku Smart TV. Bedroom 1 comes with a larger Full bed with a 32" Roku Smart TV. Bedroom 2 comes with a Queen bed along with a 32" Roku Smart TV. Guest access You’ll have access to the entire home including all bedrooms except for the closet in the master bedroom will be locked for guest access. The home has a large driveway and they're plenty of space for larger vehicles. Other things to note Our neighborhood is very friendly and we have people walking and exercising on the sidewalk. Be sure to give them a wave Outside Guest (updated) Due to past guest we've updated our policy. The only guests that are allowed in the home during your stay are the ones approved when the reservation was made. This also includes vistors. If outside guest come to the home during your stay, a fee of $150 per person will be added. This excludes Food delivery and ride share services. Mailing/Packages We asked that you do not have any Mailings/Packages sent to the home during your stay. We encourage you to use an off site pickup locations.
