The space is unique preferably for mature working professionals vacationers who are here for 1 to seven days ,couples,traveling nurses,ladies,professional business persons or families on vacay for six flags or whatever the occasion may arise. When submitting an inquiry please share with the host a lovely message include the reason for your visit ,the number of guests who are accompanying you on your visit . It is highly important that the host is comfortable with whom they are accepting specifically if it is A booking of four days or longer so be sure to answer all questions asked as promptly and accurately as you can to speed up the booking process. Upon entering the home walk up the steps to the left of the hallway there you will find your room .Your guest room has a backyard window that allows you to see the trees and natural setting in the backyard,it can be quite relaxing.if you are a nature buff.. The bathroom faces the front of the home .The room comes equipped with a Toshiba smart Tv and Wifi .You are welcome to input your own personal log- in credentials with Amazon, or Netflix or the entire plethora of Apps available for you . There is a mini fridge,single serve coffee maker fresh towels and a soft comfortable queen size bed for you to relax in and make yourself at home. Inside the bathroom leads to a huge walk-in closet in case you have lots of luggage and are staying for a while ,you also have plenty drawer space and a nice size office desk in case you need to work. Use of kitchen for cooking heavy meals is ,only for light meals,you are renting the room not the entire home.Order some take out kick back and relax after a long day of work or out touring .Longer stays are welcome to use the kitchen . The patio is quite breezy so plop down on the couch and make yourself at home!During the summer months the outdoor space comes alive with all the birds ,lush green trees and the many plants that are grown during that season If there is anything else that I can do to ensure that your stay is a good one please let me know it is my pleasure. Keypad check in is available simply text me on the AIRBNB App when you arrive at 3pm for your code,if you are going to be late please inform me. Parking is located on the long driveway ,do not park on the grass NOTE: The Auto -locks are sensitive,please be sure that your hands are free of bags,luggage or groceries when pressing the codes to enter the house ,if you press too many codes it can jam the locks. Press the code given then pull the front door handle down and push the door at the same time this will open the door.Once inside simply push the front door shut,it autolocks,please do not turn the latch,this will jam the auto lock and prevent the door from locking correctly. You are welcome to dine at the dining room table provided you clean up, there is glass cleaner and a cloth available for you to wipe the table as well as a vacuum and cleaning supplies located in the kitchen. Sorry use of the stove is not allowed unless it is a stay of two weeks or more.You do have a lovely mini fridge located in your room to store your perishables as well as microwave. We can be reached me via Airbnb app. Our hours are from 8 am to 10 pm . We prefer giving guests privacy but will be around if not busy. Each space is allowed only ONE car per visit . Smoking is not allowed .ie vaping ,marijuana usage etc not allowed inside or outside of the property We have two indoor outdoor cats that are not allowed inside the house please don't let them in they are friendly and sweet ! Overnight guests are not allowed and is a violation of your guest rules and will result in cancellation of your stay . A fee of 100 dollars will be billed to any guest who does not follow this advisement Any additional vehicle found that does not belong at the home will be Towed at the owners expense.The guest will incur the fee for the unauthorized vehicle. When parking ,always park in a straight manner to save space for the next guest . For added security there is motion camera surveillance on the top of the steps inside the home facing the entrance and patio doors and outdoors as well as a Ring Doorbell . Please remember your keypad code at all times to prevent yourself from a lock out. Remove your shoes before entering the space to prevent excess dirt .
