The Diamond D Cabin is located in the highly desired Upper Canyon with lots of wildlife and close to all of Ruidoso. This upscale cabin boasts many amenities found at your own home - from a coffee bar to the smart TV's throughout. An open concept living, dining , and kitchen area help connect the family. Cable and WIFI are provided. The comfortable beds will help you rest up for Ruidoso's activities. Enjoy the outdoor scenery while sitting on the large deck or in the fabulous hot tub. The cabin is situated close to midtown shopping and restaurants while being only a short drive to Ski Apache. The Cabin will be deep cleaned, sanitized and disinfected for Covid-19. Antibacterial soaps, wipes and other essentials are provided for visiting healthcare professionals. Recently added a portable air conditioning unit to the dining/living room. No other a/c is present in the cabin at this time, although the fans work well unless during a heat wave. The entire cabin is available for guest access. There is a new full bed with a hybrid mattress in the loft area. This is only accessible via a ladder which is perfect for youth. Be cautious because the ladder is steep and there are steps leading to the bed. There is a Murphy bed in the living room with a new queen mattress. My cohosts or I are available to help assist with any need. My cabin watch is located nearby. Please respond to host communication within 12 hours of your booking or inquiry thus allowing the hosts to approve your booking. Sample questions are: do you have 4 wheel drive, what kind of pets, etc. Located in the quiet Upper Canyon, close to downtown restaurants and shopping A few miles from casinos, and a short drive to Ski Apache, and Ziplines. Make sure to try out one of Ruidoso's parks and the Rio Ruidoso. Lyft and Sierra Blanco taxi can provide rides. Snow and ice from winter storms may make the driveway slick; sometimes 4wd or chains may be required. Steps going to cabin can also be slick from moisture. A ring doorbell is on the porch/camera faces the driveway for safety. We require a rental agreement and a hot tub agreement to be signed prior to your stay. I offer a starter package of toilet paper and paper towels. At least 3 rolls of toilet paper and at least one roll of paper towels are left for guests. If you need additional please bring them with you or source them when you are in town.
