This house is full of amenities and conveniences including fully stocked kitchen, wrap around decks, outdoor shower, elevator, fenced backyard, gas grill, Roku TVs, and strong wi-fi throughout. The living room provides plenty of space for everyone to gather. The large flat screen Roku tv in the living room is perfect for movie nights! We provide Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN+ services! Guests will love our kitchen! Luxuriously appointed with everything you need, including all brand new appliances, a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig, plenty of pots, pans, dishes and utensils to entertain your loved ones. The four bedrooms (each with its own bathroom) provides plenty of space, privacy and comfort for everyone. One master suite is on the main living area on the top floor and offers a king bed with fewer trips up and down the stairs. The bottom floor has three bedrooms: one master king suite, one cozy queen bedroom and a bunk room! Kids will love the bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, its own tv and bathroom! We know that Fido loves the beach too! Pets are allowed with an additional fee! We just ask that you pick up after your pet in the yard and do not allow dogs on beds/furniture at any time. A medium size crate is provided for your convenience. Everything you need to enjoy your stay is provided, including towels, linens, a fully stocked kitchen, and the perfect location. No extra fees for sheets and towels. Guests are welcome to use the washer/dryer for laundry. Beach towels are not provided. A gas grill is on site and every deck is fully furnished to enjoy the salt air and breeze. We also provide a beach wagon to make your walk to the beach easy as well as an outdoor shower to rinse off when you return. Evenings on the island can be enjoyed in the fenced backyard! Swing at the outdoor granite bar, relax in a beach piling chair, or play horseshoes/cornhole while grilling burgers to eat at the picnic table! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with exception of owners closet on the bottom floor.
