Additionally, for those seeking to accommodate a larger party, I am delighted to offer the option of accommodating two additional guests with the provision of two comfortable air mattresses. This property provides ample space to unwind and make memories with loved ones. Family reunions as well as pre & post wedding events are encouraged. Kayaks are available for guests to explore the river and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the area. Experience the best of both worlds with high-speed WiFi that lets you stay connected while still enjoying the serenity of this tranquil getaway. The boat launch is conveniently located just one home over to the left of the property, making it easy to launch your own watercraft or enjoy a leisurely day on the river. I offer access to the top-of-the-line GE profile kitchen appliances, pots, pans, plates, cups, utensils, and more. Low on ice? This Airbnb's ice maker makes up to 50lbs of ice per day. Need to do some laundry? No problem. The GE Frontload washer and dryer are available for your convenience. Relax in the living room with the TV, cozy up with the blankets and pillows provided, and enjoy the comfortable atmosphere. Please feel free to use any of the amenities provided, except for my private bedroom, which will remain locked during your stay. When parking, I ask that you please park in front of the home in the driveway and across the street in front of the garage. Please do not park in the grass as it destroys the sprinklers of my home. Lastly I ask that you please clean up after yourself and place any trash bags just outside the home at the end of your stay.
