Other things to note The home includes an dedicated double length private parking spot (fits 2 vehicles) off the street in the building's parking lot. For those with mobility issues, please be aware the home is located on the second floor (one floor above the ground floor) and there is no elevator in the building. For your convenience, the western side of building has a small convenience store downstairs with fresh food, fruits, vegetables, a variety of home goods, drinks, beach gear, and more.
