Beautiful boathouse on Lake Rosseau. 650 square feet, 1 bedroom, 1 bath with kitchen and living space. Wrap around deck with stunning cliff and lake views. Bring your own boat, free public launch ramp next door. Easy dock access for swimming and to tie your boat. Enjoy boating, fishing and swimming on Muskoka’s “Big Three” lakes. Space is ideal for 2 adults. Additional adults (over 12) are $50/night each to a maximum of 4. The space The boathouse is a 650 square foot new build on beautiful Lake Rosseau. It is a one bedroom, space with living room, 3 piece bathroom (shower) and full kitchen. The living area includes a TV and Blu-ray player along with an HDMI cable should you chose to connect your own device. There is a wrap around deck on 2 sides overlooking the water. There is also a BBQ for guest use. Guest access There is a main cottage on the property that is not rented out and not for guest use. The driveway will be shared with the owners who live on the property. The cottage and boathouse face different directions to ensure privacy and interactions between guests and owners on the property will be limited. There is dock access from the boathouse that can be used for guest swimming and boat tie up. The dock is shared and may be used by the owner to access boats though the dock will not be used by the owners for swimming, that will remain for guest use. Other things to note The boathouse is down the road from a free public boat lunch making bringing and launching your own boat/PWC easy. Boat and sea doo rentals are also available at local marinas should guests be interested. Please contact and arrange directly with the marina. There are 2 large dogs that live on the property. They are friendly but will not have any interactions with guests. Parking available for one vehicle and a trailer if needed. Upon arrival please park in the driveway, along the wooden curb.
