There is an occupied attached apartment that you will not access. The occupants are quiet and will not interact unless to say hello. This home is in a Country setting. A short drive of about 9 miles to the University of Florida in Gainesville and the city of Alachua. This is an older home with an older fireplace that is no longer in use. We welcome pets. Please consider this if you have sensitivities or if you have allergies to dust etc. This would not be a suitable home for people with allergies/sensitivities. Smoking is not permitted inside the home. Coded front door. Host will send you the code in a message.
