There is a dock for your boat, but you will have to put it in at one of the local boat ramps. Also, please note the tides and the channel to maneuver your boat safely around the sand bars. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed and the smaller bedroom has two twin size beds with a loft area for young children. The location is a quiet side street in Waterford CT. tucked away from the hustle and bustle of traffic, yet a short drive to restaurants, State Parks, Theater, shopping, Casinos, Mystic and the quaint Village of Niantic. A great place for a getaway with family and friends. Guest access Well maintained yard suitable for guests. Plenty of room for yard games. Ramp to water for easy access with kayaks or canoe. Great dock for fishing or just relaxing. Small boats are welcome, but there is a limited access out of the Cove using a small channel. You will have to put it in at one of the local boat ramps. Floor fans are provided if desired. All windows have screens and the breezes off the water cool the house. During cooler months there is electric heat in each room and also a wood stove for cozy warmth if desired.
