Hardwood floors and finishes, vaulted ceilings, cozy kitchen, great fireplace, lovely porch, spacious deck, and large front yard. Looking for peace and quiet, this is the place. Great restaurants 10 mins away in Morrisville and 30 mins away in Stowe. Fantastic getaway. 4-wheel drive needed in Winter. The space Our cottage was originally built in the 1920s. It's been completely renovated. Downstairs there's a cozy kitchen, a living room with a lovely fireplace, a screened-in porch, a large deck, and a full bath. Admire the century-old, refurbished wood stove. Upstairs you'll find three bedrooms, two with vaulted ceilings. The cottage sits on a large lot and we have an adjacent property with a beautiful lawn. The cottage is directly on the lake with stone steps to the dock. In the winter, enjoy skiing at Mt. Mansfield, Spruce Peak, or Smugglers Notch -- all within 30 to 40 minutes. In the Fall, the leaves are breathtaking. Lake is great in Spring and Summer for boating, swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. Guest access Full access to the entire house.
