Our home is located in a quiet subdivision with access to walking/running and a pool/pond view. Access to Celina, Coldwater, or St. Henry are only a few minutes drive, as we are located just off 29. We do have two loveable micro-Labradoodles that are on property at all times. They traditionally do not go downstairs, but a gate to prevent them from coming down will be in place when guests are on premises. Please keep in mind that dogs do move about and make additional noise, especially since they will be in the living space located above the downstairs. We are 100% smoke free inside and outside. We kindly request no shoes in the house to keep all floors clean and in top condition for both our guests and ourselves. Feel free to bring along your favorite slippers to help make yourself comfortable. *Due to recent issues after guests have booked, please take time to fully read all policies and rules prior to clicking, as we will no longer simply issue a refund due to requests that fall outside of these if not approved prior to booking. This is especially true of the arrival timeframe. We appreciate your review of these important details, as it will make your stay run smoothly for all. Parking is located on the right side of the driveway just before the sidewalk leading up to the house. Guests will utilize the rear garage door as they come and go. (Note that guests are not provided a key or key code.) This rear door provides access to the primary garage and the separate stairwell that leads to the downstairs space. This stairwell will lead into a living room area that guests are welcome to use as well as the rented space that includes a separate hallway/bedroom/bathroom as listed. We often sit outside by the pool in the evenings and enjoy chatting with guests if they so desire. Speed limit is 25 miles per hour and strict adherence to that is expected of all guests. Guests are welcome to walk around the neighborhood. Cul-de-sac to cul-de-sac and back is approximately 1 mile. This makes a great walking/running space for active guests. Leaving the subdivision to get to town will require the use of a vehicle. Guests are welcome to use the pool and pond. If you would like to use the pool, towels may be requested for your use. There are also two full-sized kayaks on property that may be used by guests on the pond at the rear of the property. Paddles are kept in the garage and simply need to be requested by the guests. We do not have adult life jackets on premises, so please keep that in mind when considering using either the pool or pond.
