Villa Dantasy will leave you wishing you had booked a longer stay. Upon entry into the home, guests will fall in love with the contemporary and designer living room. This living room features an accent wall, a large leather sectional, and a Smart TV. Off past the living room, guests will find the game room where they can challenge each other to a game of billiards. In the kitchen, guests will find all they need to cook their favorite meals. This includes a toaster, coffee maker, blender, crockpot, utensils, and much more! In the master bedroom, guests will fall in love with the luxurious contemporary feel. The master bedroom features a king-size bed with silk sheets, a Smart TV, direct pool access, and an ensuite with a large soaking tub. In the other bedrooms, guests will find queen-sized beds, flat-screen TVs, a PlayStation, and an office desk. The real treasure of this home is the backyard! Paradise awakens and greets guests with the azure waters of an electrically heated pool and oversized spa on the borders of a Gulf Access canal. The screened-in lanai provides guests with a private oasis. In the porch, guests will find all they need to comfortably relax outside, including a ceiling fan and outdoor furniture such as sun loungers, a dining table, and lots of chairs. This allows guests to relax in the sun or enjoy a perfect meal outside. The large, heated pool has southern exposure and is perfect for doing laps, floating around, or playing games. Guests can also choose to relax in the oversized spa! Guests can partake in all these fun activities while enjoying the breathtaking views of the canal in the backyard. Down by the canal, guests can catch a beautiful sunset, fish, or look for Southwest Florida wildlife. Guests are even invited to use the provided kayaks to explore the canal! Villa Dantasy is pet-friendly with restrictions! Pets must be approved prior to arrival, and no cats are welcome. ​​​​​​​Please note: The Garage is not available for guest use. Please note: This home has a minimum age requirement of 25. Electricity is charged separately for this home at the rate of $15-25 per day. This fee is collected at the time of final payment and is considered prepaid utility use. This prepayment has been included in your quote and is part of the total reservation cost. Smoking is not allowed on the property. The vessel stored on the lift is not for rent. The owner stores their personal vehicle in the garage. Other things to note You will be required to sign receipt of our Terms and Conditions for staying in one of our Vacation Homes. This can be done electronically or in person on the day of arrival. Access to the home can be restricted until you have agreed to our rental terms. RENTAL AGREEMENT TRANSACTION DIFFERENCES: The rental agreement you will receive from Roelens Vacations will vary from the amounts you are presented by Airbnb. Airbnb will collect the required 11% taxes and also a service fee. We do not see these amounts and therefore our rental agreement will only reflect the amounts we have netted from the transaction brokered by Airbnb..
