My place is conveniently located within walking distance of downtown Alpena. There are a variety of restaurants and bars all within 1/4 mile. Lake Huron is my front yard, with tennis and basketball courts available for public use. The Alpena bandshell is a hop and skip from my house; every Saturday there’s a concert in the summer. There are two public beaches within a mile. And you can see masts from sailboats out my front window as the boat harbor is my neighbor. Guest access Guests are welcome to the entire home except two closets with pad locks and the detached garage. Other things to note The front door has a keyless entry, and you will be supplied with a code to access the house arrival day when my cleaning person is done cleaning.
